Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chuyên Viên Pháp Chế (Tiếng Anh/ Tiếng Nhật, $900, ID19368)
- Kiểm soát và tư vấn rủi ro pháp lý cho Ban Giám đốc và các phòng ban trong các hoạt động nội bộ và đối ngoại của công ty (bao gồm rà soát hợp đồng, quy định, quy chế, văn bản nội bộ, v.v.).
- Tư vấn và chuẩn bị hồ sơ pháp lý cho các dự án đầu tư mới: xin cấp phép, phê duyệt chủ trương, góp vốn, chuyển nhượng và các thủ tục liên quan.
- Tham gia xử lý khiếu nại, khiếu kiện, giải quyết tranh chấp và chuẩn bị hồ sơ pháp lý liên quan đến tố tụng tại tòa án hoặc cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.
- Tham mưu, tư vấn pháp lý cho Ban Giám đốc về các thủ tục, quy trình pháp lý phát sinh trong quá trình hoạt động của doanh nghiệp.
- Thực hiện các thủ tục liên quan đến quản lý lao động nước ngoài: xin cấp giấy phép lao động, thẻ tạm trú, gia hạn visa và các thủ tục hành chính khác.
- Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng; có kỹ năng giao tiếp, đàm phán và xử lý tình huống tốt.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ. Tuổi: 25-35
- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học chuyên ngành Luật, ưu tiên có chứng chỉ hành nghề luật sư
- Có từ 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Chuyên viên pháp chế doanh nghiệp.
- Có kinh nghiệm về tư vấn pháp lý doanh nghiệp, kiểm tra các hợp đồng, thủ tục, quy định, thủ tục pháp lý về đầu tư mới, thủ tục cho người nước ngoài, xử lý khiếu nại,…
- Tiếng Nhật hoặc tiếng Anh thành thạo.
