Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chuyên Viên Nhân Sự (Tiếng Trung, 1300$, ID14044)
- Chịu trách nhiệm tuyển dụng, đào tạo, quản lý hiệu suất, phát triển tổ chức, tiền lương, chấm công, v.v.
- Giám sát và phân công thực hiện các công việc cơ bản của phòng nhân sự
- Đảm nhận công tác nhân sự và chiến lược công ty
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng các kênh tuyển dụng địa phương Việt Nam
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng hệ thống đào tạo, quản lý và phát triển tài năng
- Hỗ trợ thúc đẩy việc thực hiện văn hóa doanh nghiệp của Tập đoàn
Requirement
- Nam, Nữ; Tuổi: Dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành nhân sự và trên 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại các công ty sản xuất quy mô từ 1000 nhân sự
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo
