Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tuyển vị trí Chuyên Viên Nhân Sự (Tiếng Hàn, 19654, 950USD):
- Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ nhân sự cốt lõi: tuyển dụng, tiếp nhận nhân sự, quản lý hồ sơ nhân viên, soạn thảo và quản lý hợp đồng lao động.
- Theo dõi và thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến chấm công, tiền lương (hiện đang quản lý bằng Excel), chế độ phúc lợi, bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp
- Phụ trách hồ sơ pháp lý cho người lao động nước ngoài: xin cấp, gia hạn giấy phép lao động, visa, thẻ tạm trú.
- Theo dõi thời hạn hiệu lực của giấy phép lao động và các hồ sơ pháp lý liên quan, đảm bảo tuân thủ đúng quy định pháp luật.
- Thực hiện công tác phiên dịch tiếng Hàn – tiếng Việt trong các cuộc họp, trao đổi công việc hằng ngày giữa quản lý người Hàn Quốc và nhân sự Việt Nam.
- Hỗ trợ dịch thuật và giao tiếp tiếng Hàn cho các phòng ban khác khi có yêu cầu.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên
- 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương
- Thành thạo tiếng Hàn (nghe, nói, đọc, viết)
