Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển dụng vị trí Chuyên Viên Mua Hàng & Xuất Nhập Khẩu (Tiếng Nhật, $770, ID-16315)
1) Hoạt động Mua Hàng:
1) Hoạt động Mua Hàng:
- Nhận yêu cầu mua hàng, tìm kiếm nguồn hàng và đánh giá các nhà cung cấp, tiến hành và quản lý hợp đồng mua.
- Tiến hành lập đơn hàng, theo dõi tình trạng đơn, kịp thời báo cáo và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
- Thực hiện các thủ tục, chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu, đảm bảo đúng tiến độ giao hàng.
- Kiểm tra hồ sơ hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu đối chiếu với số lượng thực tế
- Cập nhận các quy định pháp luật liên quan đến xuất nhập khẩu.
Requirement
- Nữ, dưới 35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiêp Cao Đẳng trở lên.
- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương tại công ty sản xuất.
- Tiếng Nhật và Tiếng Anh thành thạo.
