Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đang cần tuyển vị trí Chuyên viên Khai báo Thủ tục Hải quan ($700, ID21527):
- Thực hiện tiếp nhận, thẩm định tính chuẩn xác và đầy đủ của hồ sơ, chứng từ từ phía đối tác; chủ động phản hồi và yêu cầu bổ sung nếu phát hiện sai lệch.
- Vận hành thành thạo hệ thống VNACCS để truyền dữ liệu tờ khai, lấy mã vạch, xử lý các khoản phí hạ tầng theo đúng quy định.
- Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ phụ trợ như xin cấp chứng nhận xuất xứ (C/O), khai báo hóa chất (khi phát sinh nhu cầu).
- Kết nối chặt chẽ với bộ phận Chăm sóc khách hàng (Cus) để tiến độ thông quan cũng như thông tin lô hàng Xuất - Nhập được cập nhật liên tục.
- Thường xuyên theo dõi, nắm bắt các thay đổi trong chính sách pháp luật về Xuất nhập khẩu, Hải quan, Thuế và văn bản hướng dẫn từ các cơ quan quản lý chuyên ngành (Bộ Y Tế, Bộ Công Thương, Bộ NN & PTNT...).
- Tổng hợp hồ sơ nộp lệ phí hải quan định kỳ, lập và chuyển giao Giấy nộp tiền cho khách hàng theo tháng.
- Tiếp nhận sự điều phối từ Trưởng phòng Nghiệp vụ, đồng hành cùng các phòng ban xử lý triệt để các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình cung ứng dịch vụ.
- Đảm nhiệm thêm các công việc nghiệp vụ khác theo sự chỉ đạo trực tiếp từ Ban quản lý.
Requirement
- Nam/nữ, dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên thuộc các chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Vận tải, Ngoại thương hoặc ngành có liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trực tiếp làm công tác khai báo thủ tục hải quan tại các đơn vị Forwarder hoặc các doanh nghiệp thương mại Xuất Nhập Khẩu.
- Khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành bằng Tiếng Anh.
- Sử dụng thành thạo bộ công cụ Tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
