Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Chuyên Viên Kế Toán (Sản Xuất, $1000, ID19457)
- Lập và theo dõi các lệnh giao dịch thanh toán qua ngân hàng.
- Quản lý sổ phụ tài khoản ngân hàng; định kỳ in sao kê và lưu trữ chứng từ giao dịch đầy đủ, kịp thời.
- Xuất hóa đơn bán hàng và phiếu xuất kho cho các đơn hàng vận chuyển nội địa.
- Kiểm tra tính chính xác của thông tin trên hóa đơn mua vào; lập và theo dõi bảng kê hóa đơn đầu vào.
- Tổng hợp và lập báo cáo doanh thu, hóa đơn bán hàng theo từng đơn vị/cơ sở.
- Theo dõi, thu hồi và lưu trữ các biên bản điều chỉnh hoặc bổ sung hóa đơn.
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về khai báo thuế, bao gồm: thuế giá trị gia tăng (VAT), thuế nhà thầu, và các loại thuế liên quan khác.
- Thực hiện thống kê, tổng hợp số liệu kế toán phục vụ yêu cầu quản lý và kiểm toán.
- Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị hồ sơ hoàn thuế khi có phát sinh.
Requirement
- Nam/ Nữ. Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành tài chính kế toán
- Có 02 năm đảm nhận vị trí kế toán ở công ty sản xuất FDI
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm ERP, thành thạo excel
- Có kinh nghiệm về nghiệp vụ thanh toán, hạch toán, ngân hàng, xuất hóa đơn, báo cáo doanh thu
- Ưu tiên ứng viên sử dụng tiếng Trung
