Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Chuyên viên IT Helpdesk (800 USD, ID 21606):
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu hỗ trợ kỹ thuật qua ServiceNow, Zalo và các kênh nội bộ.
- Quản lý user account, dữ liệu nhân sự và hỗ trợ các thiết bị IT cho nhân viên.
- Cài đặt, cấu hình, bảo trì và nâng cấp máy tính, thiết bị ngoại vi, OS, firmware, driver và phần mềm.
- Kiểm tra, xử lý sự cố và duy trì ổn định hệ thống LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, IT Infrastructure tại các site.
- Quản lý Asset Inventory, phối hợp mua sắm, bàn giao, thu hồi và thanh lý thiết bị IT.
- Giám sát, bảo trì và xử lý sự cố hệ thống CCTV tại các kho bãi/site.
- Phối hợp với Group IT, nhà cung cấp và các bộ phận liên quan xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật.
- Tham gia triển khai các dự án nâng cấp hạ tầng IT, mạng, CCTV và setup/di dời kho.
- Hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố từ xa hoặc onsite tại các khu vực miền Nam và miền Bắc khi cần.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao đẳng/Đại học trở lên thuộc các chuyên ngành IT Infrastructure, Công nghệ thông tin, Computer Science, Network hoặc lĩnh vực tương đương.
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support hoặc IT Infrastructure trong các công ty ngành Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing hoặc các công ty có nhiều site.
- Thành thạo kiến thức căn bản về Windows OS, phần cứng máy tính (Computer hardware), LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting, máy in và thiết bị ngoại vi.
- Có khả năng thiết lập mạng nội bộ theo chuẩn chuẩn hóa của doanh nghiệp và cung cấp giải pháp thiết bị hạ tầng cho khách thuê kho.
- Khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành Tiếng Anh tốt.
