Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty thương mại có vốn đầu tư Việt Nam, hiện đang tìm kiếm ứng viên cho vị trí Chuyên Viên Hành Chính Nhân Sự ($600, ID17632)
- Quản lý & vận hành văn phòng: Sử dụng các nền tảng số để sắp xếp, tổ chức công việc, lưu trữ, tìm kiếm thông tin.
- Đảm bảo văn phòng vận hành hiệu quả, tận dụng công nghệ.
- Hỗ trợ tuyển dụng & phát triển nhân tài: Phối hợp với các nền tảng tuyển dụng để thu hút và tìm kiếm ứng viên; Tương tác với ứng viên, tạo nội dung tuyển dụng hấp dẫn và chuyên nghiệp.
- Hỗ trợ tổ chức phỏng vấn, thu thập dữ liệu và sử dụng AI để phân tích, đánh giá ứng viên.
- Hỗ trợ truyền thông & văn hóa doanh nghiệp: xây dựng & truyền tải văn hóa doanh nghiệp qua các kênh nội bộ và bên ngoài; tổ chức onboarding, đào tạo nội bộ, kết nối nhân sự mới với công ty.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 30 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực Trợ lý, Hành chính, Quản trị Văn phòng hoặc Nhân sự.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với nền tảng, công cụ số
- Có tinh thần học hỏi và đổi mới. Cần mẫn với công việc
