Job Description
- Tiếp nhận điện thoại tại quầy lễ tân và truyền đạt thông tin
- Đón tiếp khách hàng đến công ty
- Hỗ trợ Phó Tổng Giám đốc trong việc tổng hợp, biên soạn và dịch tài liệu báo cáo hàng tháng.
- Sắp xếp hội họp: chuẩn bị trước cuộc họp, ghi biên bản và theo dõi, tổng hợp nội dung sau cuộc họp
- Lập kế hoạch, quản lý việc mua sắm văn phòng phẩm hàng tháng, đồng thời thực hiện cấp phát và quản lý sử dụng.
- Sắp xếp và điều phối xe của công ty
- Tổ chức và dẫn khách tham quan du lịch (Khoảng 1-2 lần/năm, không thường xuyên)
- Các công việc khác do cấp trên giao.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan, ưu tiên ngành luật
- Chấp nhận ứng viên mới ra trường, ưu tiên nếu có kinh nghiệm từ 1-2 năm công việc hành chính trong nhà máy sản xuất
- Sử dụng Tiếng Trung thành thạo & Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản
