Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển dụng vị trí Chuyên Viên Hành Chính (Tiếng Anh/Tiếng Pháp, $700, ID-17042)
- Tiếp nhận các văn bản, yêu cầu từ các Cơ quan quản lý nhà nước, đề xuất phương án và thực hiện hoàn thành.
- Làm mới, sửa đổi hoặc hoàn thiện các hồ sơ pháp lý bao gồm: giấy phép kinh doanh, giấy phép xây dựng, giấy phép lao động,…
- Theo dõi, thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ về tình hình an toàn lao động, môi trường, PCCC,…
- Soạn thảo văn bản, tài liệu, báo cáo… theo chỉ thị và gửi đến các bộ phận liên quan.
- Cập nhật cơ sở dữ liệu nội bộ định kỳ.
- Chuẩn bị các hoạt động phong trào nội bộ của Công ty như Team Building, Tiệc Sinh nhật Công ty, Tiệc cuối năm,….
- Biên phiên dịch Anh/Pháp - Việt, khi cần
- Một số công việc hành chính khác liên quan như sắp xếp bố trí phương tiện đi lại, khách sạn, điện thoại, tiếp đón khách hàng, đối tác,…
Requirement
- Nữ, 23-30 tuổi
- Bằng Cử Nhân chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh
- Kinh nghiệm 3 năm ở vị trí nhân viên hành chính.
- Tiếng Pháp hoặc tiếng anh Thành thạo
