Job Description
- Tiếp nhận hồ sơ, lập kế hoạch thực hiện đảm bảo tiến độ.
- Tính toán khối lượng các giai đoạn (đấu thầu, giao thầu, nghiệm thu).
- Xác định và áp giá vật tư, thiết bị phù hợp cho công trình.
- Cập nhật giá thị trường, định mức đơn giá từ cơ quan chức năng.
- Tham mưu điều chỉnh giá theo biến động thị trường.
- Lập ngân sách dự toán, tổng hợp hồ sơ theo biểu mẫu.
- Quản lý, lưu trữ hồ sơ dự toán khoa học và bảo mật thông tin.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Trưởng phòng.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: 25-40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Xây dựng dân dụng và công nghiệp, Kỹ thuật hạ tầng, Kinh tế xây dựng, hoặc các ngành có liên quan
- Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, đã làm hồ sơ thầu các dự án hạ tầng (cầu đường, hạ tầng kỹ thuật, cấp thoát nước, giao thông...)
- Đã từng làm việc tại nhà thầu thi công có các dự án sử dụng vốn ngân sách nhà nước
- Thành thạo các phần mềm: MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, phần mềm lập dự toán
- Tiếng Anh đọc - hiểu chuyên ngành
