Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Chuyên Viên Đào Tạo (F&B, ID21695, 770USD):
- Xây dựng và cập nhật chương trình, giáo trình và tài liệu đào tạo phù hợp với thực tế vận hành chuỗi bếp ăn trường học.
- Khảo sát nhu cầu và đánh giá năng lực, kỹ năng của nhân viên Khối Bếp để đề xuất nội dung đào tạo phù hợp.
- Lập kế hoạch đào tạo tháng/quý/năm, tổ chức lịch đào tạo và điều phối người đứng lớp hoặc chuyên gia bên ngoài.
- Theo dõi quá trình đào tạo, đánh giá kết quả và báo cáo chất lượng đào tạo tại các bộ phận.
- Phối hợp với Quản lý/Giám sát Bếp trong việc theo dõi, đánh giá năng lực và hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên.
- Lập và theo dõi ngân sách đào tạo hàng năm.
- Phụ trách các chương trình đào tạo nội bộ và đào tạo về Vệ sinh An toàn Thực phẩm (VSATTP).
- Hỗ trợ các công việc chung của bộ phận HCNS và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Nhân sự, Đào tạo hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm đào tạo tại một trong các lĩnh vực: suất ăn công nghiệp, bếp ăn tập thể/trường học, nhà hàng – khách sạn, F&B, thực phẩm, chuỗi bán lẻ hoặc nhà máy thực phẩm.
- Am hiểu về ngành thực phẩm và VSATTP là yêu cầu quan trọng.
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng chương trình, giáo trình và tài liệu đào tạo.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình, truyền đạt và phối hợp tốt.
- Tự tin, chủ động, sẵn sàng trao đổi và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
- Thành thạo MS Office, đặc biệt Word và PowerPoint.
