Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chủ Quản Nhân Sự (Tiếng Trung, Sản Xuất, ID21156, 1500 USD):
- Tuyển dụng & Hoạch định nhân sự: quản lý tuyển dụng & hội nhập, thỏng vấn, đánh giá ứng viên, tối ưu nhân sự nội bộ
- Đào tạo & Phát triển: Xác định nhu cầu, triển khai đào tạo, phát triển nhân tài & kế thừa
- Quản lý hiệu suất: Xây dựng KPI/OKR, vận hành đánh giá hiệu suất và liên kết với lương thưởng – phát triển
- Lương thưởng & Phúc lợi: Triển khai chính sách, đề xuất incentive và đảm bảo cạnh tranh, công bằng
- Quan hệ lao động & Tuân thủ: Quản lý quan hệ nhân viên, xử lý tranh chấp, vận hành vòng đời nhân sự và đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật
Requirement
- Độ tuổi: 28 – 40
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên (ưu tiên chuyên ngành Nhân sự, Quản trị kinh doanh, Tâm lý học)
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí HRBP / Chủ quản Nhân sự
- Bắt buộc có kinh nghiệm tại công ty sản xuất FDI quy mô từ 500 nhân sự trở lên
- Có kinh nghiệm làm HRBP trong môi trường nhà máy là lợi thế lớn
