Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty 100% vốn đầu tư nước ngoài; hiện đang tìm kiếm ứng viên cho vị trí Chủ Quản Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất (Tiếng Trung, $1000, ID17710):
- Lập kế hoạch thực hiện phù hợp với định hướng chiến lược của công ty.
- Theo dõi, điều chỉnh kế hoạch nhằm thích ứng với thay đổi trong thực tế.
- Dựa trên kế hoạch thực hiện do quản lý dự án cung cấp (bao gồm: bản vẽ, vật tư, khối lượng công việc, phương pháp thi công, tiến độ bàn giao), xây dựng kế hoạch sản xuất chi tiết theo công đoạn.
- Theo dõi, cập nhật và điều chỉnh kịp thời để đảm bảo tiến độ.
- Tổng hợp dự toán thời gian thực hiện các công đoạn của tất cả dự án.
- Phân tích nhu cầu và rủi ro liên quan đến nguồn lực (nhân lực, vật tư, thiết bị...) và đưa ra cảnh báo sớm.
- Làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo đầy đủ các điều kiện cần thiết cho sản xuất như: tài liệu, bản vẽ, vật tư, quy trình công nghệ, nhân sự, kiểm tra, gia công ngoài...
- Đánh giá tiến độ và khả năng đáp ứng dựa trên nguồn lực thực tế.
- Đề xuất thời điểm giao hàng hợp lý trong phạm vi năng lực sản xuất.
- Phân công công việc, giám sát hiệu quả công việc của các thành viên trong bộ phận.
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn để nâng cao năng lực và hiệu quả làm việc của đội ngũ.
- Thực hiện đánh giá hiệu suất, đề xuất cải tiến hoặc điều chỉnh khi cần thiết.
Requirement
- Nam/ Nữ, 30-40 Tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Quản lý công nghiệp, Cơ khí, Quản trị dự án hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm về quản lý kế hoạch sản xuất trong ngành máy móc, doanh nghiệp sản xuất dự án
- Am hiểu quy trình sản xuất máy móc, ngành hàn;
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo
