Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Chủ Quản IE (Sản Xuất, Tiếng Trung, ID 17576, 1400$):
-
Xây dựng và cập nhật định mức sản xuất, đảm bảo tính chính xác về thời gian, năng suất và hiệu suất.
-
Đề xuất cải tiến nhằm tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất, giảm lãng phí và nâng cao hiệu suất lao động.
-
Tính toán định mức lao động, hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch sản xuất và kiểm soát chi phí nhân công.
-
Cung cấp dữ liệu phục vụ tính lương khoán và thưởng năng suất.
-
Đo lường sản lượng thực tế, sử dụng các phương pháp Time Study và Motion Study.
-
Xây dựng, điều chỉnh định mức sản xuất khi có thay đổi về quy trình, công nghệ, máy móc.
-
Phân tích sản lượng, xác định nguyên nhân sai lệch và đề xuất biện pháp cải tiến.
-
Hỗ trợ bộ phận kế hoạch, cải tiến sản xuất và nhân sự trong việc tối ưu hóa quy trình và chính sách lương thưởng.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 50 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
- 02 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương tại các công ty sản xuất thực phẩm, nhựa ,mỹ phẩm, dược phẩm, hoá mỹ phẩm, hoá chất, may mặc
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo
