Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đang cần tìm kiếm vị trí Chủ quản Hành chính & Nhân sự (Sản Xuất, Tiếng Trung, ID19676,1900 USD):

1. Công tác Hành chính
- Quản lý và giám sát toàn bộ hoạt động hành chính của công ty: văn phòng, tài sản, dịch vụ, chi phí hành chính.
- Kiểm soát và quản lý ngân sách, chi phí hành chính – nhân sự; thực hiện các thủ tục hoàn trả chi phí theo quy định.
- Đảm bảo các hoạt động hành chính vận hành ổn định, tuân thủ nội quy và quy định nội bộ.
- Quản lý các nghiệp vụ nhân sự: quan hệ lao động, an sinh xã hội, BHXH, thuế TNCN và các hồ sơ liên quan.
- Phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến người lao động, đảm bảo tuân thủ pháp luật lao động.
- Tổng hợp, báo cáo tình hình nhân sự định kỳ cho Ban Giám đốc.
- Trực tiếp đối ứng khách hàng, đặc biệt là khách hàng lớn/yêu cầu cao (ưu tiên kinh nghiệm đối ứng khách hàng Apple).
- Làm việc với các cơ quan nhà nước liên quan đến hành chính – nhân sự khi cần.
- Đảm bảo hình ảnh chuyên nghiệp và tuân thủ yêu cầu của khách hàng/tập đoàn.
- Tham gia xây dựng và phát triển văn hóa doanh nghiệp.
- Lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và triển khai các hoạt động nội bộ, hoạt động gắn kết đội ngũ, tạo môi trường làm việc tích cực.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận nhằm duy trì bầu không khí làm việc hài hòa, hiệu quả.
Requirement
- Nữ, dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại công ty sản xuất quy mô từ 300 nhân sự trở lên
- Bắt buộc có kinh nghiệm cả hành chính & nhân sự, đặc biệt đối ứng khách hàng (ưu tiên kinh nghiệm đối ứng khách hàng Apple)
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
