Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Chủ Quản Hành Chính & Nhân Sự (Sản Xuất, Tiếng Trung, ID 17182, 1800$):
- Xây dựng kế hoạch tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực, chính sách thu hút, lưu giữ nhân tài và lộ trình thăng tiến, thay thế nhân sự.
- Hoàn thiện và tối ưu hóa nội quy lao động, các quy chế, quy trình và quy định phù hợp với mục tiêu phát triển của công ty.
- Giám sát và đảm bảo việc tuân thủ các quy định, nội quy đã ban hành
- Đào tạo và nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ HCNS cho nhân viên trong phòng.
- Xây dựng các hoạt động gắn kết, thúc đẩy tinh thần làm việc và sự đoàn kết giữa các thành viên trong công ty.
- Định hướng và duy trì văn hóa doanh nghiệp phù hợp với giá trị cốt lõi và tầm nhìn của công ty.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, từ 28 đến 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản lý Hành Chính, Quản trị Nhân Sự trở lên
- Có tối thiểu từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương trong công ty sản xuất chế xuất
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
