Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài đang cần tuyển vị trí Chủ Quản Chất Lượng (Tiếng Trung, May mặc, $1000, ID21590)
- Đảm nhiệm vai trò điều hành các hoạt động soát lỗi tại hiện trường và duy trì chất lượng vận hành hàng ngày.
- Thiết lập hệ thống kiểm soát và điều phối toàn bộ chuỗi công đoạn IQC, IPQC, OQC trong nhà máy.
- Theo dõi chặt chẽ tiến trình sản xuất nhằm bảo chứng tiêu chuẩn đầu ra cho từng lô sản phẩm.
- Chủ trì hoạt động điều tra nguyên nhân, đề xuất giải pháp xử lý và giám sát tiến độ khắc phục đối với các sự cố kỹ thuật phát sinh.
- Trực tiếp thúc đẩy việc giải quyết các sự cố nội bộ cũng như xử lý các phản hồi, khiếu nại từ phía đối tác.
- Thực hiện công tác tổng hợp, truy xuất chỉ số chất lượng định kỳ và đưa ra các sáng kiến hành động nhằm hoàn thành chỉ tiêu KPI chung.
- Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa và đưa vào áp dụng hệ thống quy trình kiểm tra, hồ sơ kỹ thuật cùng kế hoạch kiểm soát (Control Plan).
- Quy hoạch bộ máy nhân sự: phân bổ nhiệm vụ, đào tạo chuyên môn và phát triển năng lực làm việc cho đội ngũ nhân viên thuộc phòng.
- Đóng vai trò cầu nối phối hợp liên phòng ban giữa Khối Chất lượng, Sản xuất và Kỹ thuật trong các dự án tối ưu hóa quy trình.
- Đại diện bộ phận tham gia các kỳ Audit nội bộ, Audit từ khách hàng và thiết lập phương án phòng ngừa rủi ro chất lượng trọng yếu.
Requirement
- Nam, nữ, dưới 45 tuổi
- Trình độ Cao đẳng trở lên
- Có từ 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong công ty sản xuất May mặc / Phụ liệu may mặc, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm cho công ty Nhật Bản.
- Tiếng Trung giao tiếp thành thạo. Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng sử dụng thêm Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Nhật.
- Có chứng chỉ chuyên môn liên quan đến hệ thống tiêu chuẩn ISO
