1. Financial Planning and Forecasting
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Build and maintain periodic financial forecasting models; analyze cash flow, profitability, and financial risks.
- Adapt financial plans proactively to optimize resources and ensure achievement of business goals.
- Oversee and approve capital requirements of subsidiary companies.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies from investment funds, IPOs, M&A, and other financial sources.
- Collaborate with domestic banks to secure medium- and long-term funding for fintech and renewable energy projects.
- Manage financial risks and optimize capital structure to ensure sustainable growth.
- Supervise budget planning and disbursement processes across all business units.
- Optimize cash flow to ensure liquidity and efficient capital usage.
- Approve budgets in accordance with established procedures; implement cost-control measures and issue early warnings for budget overruns.
- Evaluate financial performance using key financial indicators.
- Provide periodic financial reports and strategic recommendations based on financial data.
- Ensure all financial activities comply with current legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train, and develop the finance and accounting team to enhance technical and professional capabilities.
- Foster a culture of transparency, professionalism, and high performance within the finance function.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 33-45 years old
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Relevant financial certifications such as ACCA, CFA, CPA, CMA, IFRS, etc., are a strong advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in senior financial roles such as Chief Accountant, CFO, or Internal Controller.
- Prior experience working at Big 4 auditing firms, banks, or international financial institutions is preferred
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, creativity, and precision. - Deep passion for finance and renewable energy with a clear focus—minimal interest in unrelated industries.
- A global mindset with a dynamic and forward-looking approach beyond the local market.
- Self-motivated with a continuous learning spirit.

- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
