Job Description
Our client is a foreign investment company, now looking for Chief Financial Officer (5000$, ID11887):
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
- Providing strategic recommendations about financial planning to the BOD
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning, ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
- Implement risk management by analyzing the company's liabilities and investments
- Decide on an investment strategy by considering cash and liquidity risk
- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is consistent with the organization's operations
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: 35 - 55
- BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- At least 05 years of experience working as CFO/Finance Director/Senior Finance Manager
- Good experiences in FMCG industry is prefered
- Fluent in English.
