Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Chief Accountant (Manufacturing, 1200$, 21316)
- Manage and take full responsibility for all activities of the Accounting Department, including assigning tasks, responsibilities, and authority to team members.
- Monitor, review, and process incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Review monthly tax reports and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Supervise and control both internal accounting software and tax accounting systems.
- Oversee the company's financial activities to ensure a balanced and legitimate cash flow. Prepare and submit daily cash flow reports to the General Director.
- Ensure the legality, timeliness, and accuracy of accounting records and documentation, product cost calculations, tax and insurance accounting entries, and accounts receivable/payable management.
- Represent the General Director in working with tax authorities, tax inspectors, and other relevant government agencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Director.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the General Director in accordance with established deadlines.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in manufacturing companies; experience in the textile and garment industry is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in Taxation, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Good communication skills in English.
