Accounting Management
Accounting Management
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department, managing a team of approximately 6 staff members.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and company policies.
- Develop, review, and improve accounting procedures and internal control systems.
- Prepare and review periodic financial statements and ensure their accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor company expenses and financial performance.
- Oversee tax declaration and finalization in accordance with Vietnamese regulations, including: Personal Income Tax (PIT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT)
- Ensure proper tax planning and compliance to minimize financial risks.
- Manage and monitor company cash flow.
- Develop financial plans to optimize capital utilization and operational efficiency.
- Control and review operational costs to ensure effective financial management.
- Review monthly payroll data prepared by the HR department to ensure accuracy before payment.
- Verify accounting documents and ensure proper bookkeeping practices.
- Maintain strong internal financial control systems.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Accountant in large-scale FDI manufacturing companies (over 1,000 employees).
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements and managing accounting teams.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and tax regulations in Vietnam.
- Experience with accounting software systems (Bravo is a plus).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English or Korean.
