Job Description

- Lead and supervise the Accounting Department.
- Assign tasks, train, and evaluate staff performance.
- Standardize and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and regulations.
- Maintain accuracy of accounting books, vouchers, and financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Supervise tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, PIT, contractor tax).
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and inspectors.
- Ensure compliance with tax, invoice, and accounting regulations.
- 4. Costing, Inventory & Project Accounting
- Control manufacturing, installation, and project costs.
- Monitor and analyze costing for elevator projects.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to manage inventory and materials.
- Recommend cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare short-term and mid-term cash flow plans.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and supervise payments.
- Ensure compliance with approved budgets and procedures.
- Establish and maintain internal control systems.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Contribute to financial policies and internal expense regulations.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Chief Accountant Certificate (mandatory).
- 5–7 years of accounting experience, At least 2–3 years as Chief Accountant or equivalent position.
- Strong preference for candidates from FDI manufacturing companies.
- Experience in trading/commercial companies is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
