Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư Việt Nam, hiện đang tuyển Chef de partie & Demi Chef (Bếp Nhật, Thỏa thuận, ID-17023)
• Phụ trách việc chế biến các món ăn Nhật Bản theo tiêu chuẩn Khách sạn.
• Trực tiếp nấu các món ăn theo sự phân công và đảm bảo về chất lượng, thẩm mỹ món ăn
• Tiếp nhận và quản lý nguyên liệu/hàng hóa được giao trong ca, đảm bảo đủ số lượng và đúng chất lượng các sản phẩm trong ca làm việc của mình.
• Theo dõi, kiểm tra chất lượng và đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh nhà bếp, an toàn thực phẩm.
• Chi tiết công việc trao đổi thêm trong buổi phỏng vấn.
• Phụ trách việc chế biến các món ăn Nhật Bản theo tiêu chuẩn Khách sạn.
• Trực tiếp nấu các món ăn theo sự phân công và đảm bảo về chất lượng, thẩm mỹ món ăn
• Tiếp nhận và quản lý nguyên liệu/hàng hóa được giao trong ca, đảm bảo đủ số lượng và đúng chất lượng các sản phẩm trong ca làm việc của mình.
• Theo dõi, kiểm tra chất lượng và đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh nhà bếp, an toàn thực phẩm.
• Chi tiết công việc trao đổi thêm trong buổi phỏng vấn.
Requirement

• Có bằng cấp, chứng chỉ liên quan đến nghiệp vụ Bếp
• Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm tại Bếp Nhật, ưu tiên ứng viên đã làm việc trong môi trường Khách sạn.
• Có bằng cấp, chứng chỉ liên quan đến nghiệp vụ Bếp
• Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm tại Bếp Nhật, ưu tiên ứng viên đã làm việc trong môi trường Khách sạn.
