Job Description
- Managed daily canteen operations and service planning.
- Developed operational procedures, regulations, and supplier evaluation criteria.
- Planned menus, managed budgets, purchasing, inventory, and stock control.
- Supervised meal preparation, staff scheduling, and visitor catering arrangements.
- Managed canteen and office hygiene, food safety, and sanitation compliance.
- Supported catering planning and menu selection for company events, including year-end parties and company trips.
Requirement
- Gender: Prefer Male, Age: Under 45 years old
- Cooking certificate is required
- Have 5 years experience in canteen, cafeteria, catering, or food service operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Good working proficiency in English
