Cai Lan International Container Terminal (CICT) is a joint venture company between SSA Holdings International – Vietnam (SSAHVN), a subsidiary of the American Company - Carrix, Inc., and Cai Lan Port Investment Consortium from Vietnam (CPI).

We provide port services for container vessels and cargoes at berths 2, 3 and 4 at Cai Lan Port, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh Province with comprehensive and complete infrastructure: a -10m deep channel, a -13m deep alongside draft, 594m of berth length, 18ha of CY, world class equipment and TOS information technology to reach to 520,000 TEU when it is open in second quarter of 2012. With its strategic location and the advantage of deep sea channel, CICT will be able to receive 3,000-4,000 TEU vessels
