Job Description
-
Supervise and coordinate a team of approximately 10 staff members, including pattern makers, sample developers, and technical improvement specialists.
-
Oversee the creation, adjustment, and approval of patterns to meet customer specifications and production feasibility.
-
Ensure timely and accurate execution of samples and technical packages for export orders.
-
Utilize Optitex and Clo3D software to develop digital patterns and 3D garment simulations.
-
Collaborate closely with design, production, and merchandising teams to optimize product development and improve workflow.

Maintain high standards of quality, fit, and compliance with U.S. market requirements.

Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for CAD team members.

Report regularly to senior management on departmental performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
Requirement
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within garment manufacturing companies focused on knitwear for export.

Proficient in Optitex and Clo3D software (mandatory).

Solid experience working with U.S. export orders, including understanding of technical standards and customer expectations.

Fluent in English across all four skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
