Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Tổ Trưởng Tổ Sơn ($1300, ID13242):
- Nắm được các kế hoạch lớn và nhỏ trên cương vị là ca trưởng tổ. Lập kế hoạch sản xuất cho tổ theo yêu cầu công việc.
- Quản lý và đào tạo quy trình sản xuất và an toàn sản xuất, xây dựng và duy trì quy trình thao tác chuẩn.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về phân công công việc cho từng người trong tổ theo đúng vị trí chức năng và theo đúng khả năng của mỗi người.
- Chịu trách nhiệm trước cấp trên về việc sai sót mà nhân viên cấp dưới vi phạm.
- Luôn báo cáo với cấp trên về tiến độ, vướng mắc trong công việc để xử lý.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/ Nữ; Độ tuổi: 27 - 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm quản lý bộ phận sơn tại các nhà máy sản xuất ngành nội thất gỗ.
- Có kinh nghiệp về kĩ thuật sơn nước lên nội thất gỗ.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên biết tiếng Trung Quốc.
