Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Financial Analyst (1300$, ID12747)

Establishing solid contacts, alliances, and extensive feasibility studies to identify new investment prospects.
Assist in the search for possible land banks, investment opportunities, and market demands that are consistent with the authorized investment strategy.
Collect data on prospective investment possibilities from supervisors and other teams.
Improve policies, processes, and reports, as well as give business executives business development advice.
Develop and manage an information and document system to support investment decisions (important economic situation/outlook, industrial park trends & key variables, company growth prospects).
Provide feedback and recommendations to help create a secure, healthy, and enjoyable work environment.
Ensure that departments and project sites have good interaction, communication, and collaboration.

Gender: Male; Age: 30 - 45 years old.
Graduated from university with a major in Urban Planning, Investment, Finance, Economics or related majors.
At least 05 years of experience in investment, research & industrial park market.
Experience in Feasibility Study in the field of industrial park.
Have experience in financial analysis of the project: profit and loss, cash flow to evaluate the feasibility of the project.
Good command of English.
