Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Development Manager (Hydropower Equipment, $1800, ID17092):
- Develop new hydropower projects and business opportunities in Vietnam.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on bids, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements.
- Strengthen customer relationships and act as a liaison between clients in Vietnam and company headquarters.
- Monitor project schedules, manage submittals, and coordinate with customers, consultants, and project teams.
- Analyze market trends, map competitors, and explore strategies to enter new markets.
- Enhance brand visibility through marketing initiatives and strategic activities.
- Ensure order intake targets are met and drive business growth.
- Oversee project execution handover and ensure alignment with client requirements.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in the power or energy sector, or a related business environment.
- Proficient in English across all four skills (speaking, listening, reading, writing), with a minimum B1 level on the CEFR scale or equivalent.
