Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Development Manager (Hospitality, Negotiable, ID 17070)
- Support the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales in developing a comprehensive sales plan and budget to align with the company’s and hotel’s strategic goals.
- Maintain and enhance communication networks to ensure the hotel retains a competitive edge in attracting customers and generating sales opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis and propose innovative strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Evaluate sales performance and recommend effective solutions to address challenges or improve results.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely monthly sales reports.
- Achieve targeted room night quotas and average rates as outlined in the hotel’s annual business plan.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales.
- Supervise and oversee the activities of Sales Executives, Assistant Sales Managers, and Sales Coordinators.
Requirement
- Male/Female.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
