- Proactively identify, develop, and pursue construction project opportunities for the company.
- Establish, maintain, and expand strong relationships with investors and business partners.
- Participate in industry seminars, forums, and events to explore and generate potential project leads.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to monitor progress and drive project execution effectively.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and potential project opportunities.
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and support contract negotiations with clients and partners.
- Monitor project pipelines, ensure timely reporting, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
Requirement
- Male: under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in project sales in general contracting companies.
- Experience in sourcing industrial/cleanroom construction projects is mandatory.
- Understanding the construction process of factories and workshops.
- Fluent in English
