Job Description

We're hiring a Business Development Manager:

  • Analyze the market, customer needs, and competitors to develop strategies for expanding the customer base for the English & Math - English partnership programs in schools within and outside Hanoi.
  • Generate ideas and implement activities for customer care, both for new clients and existing ones.
  • Develop and manage the business management system, proactively setting business targets for monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to adjust reporting systems, charts, and contracts (if needed).
  • Provide direct reports on progress and results to the management team.
  • Build, train, and develop a talent pipeline for future leadership within the organization.

Requirement

  • Age 35 or older
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Linguistics, Business Administration, or Education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing partnerships in the education sector or B2B, particularly in English language centers or English/Math school partnership programs in and outside Hanoi.
  • Well-groomed, good communication skills, decisive personality, and the ability to handle tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English for work-related tasks.
  • Experience managing a team of 3 or more members.
  • Willingness to travel for work.
