Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Development Manager (FMCG, $4000):
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales and business development plan that aligns with the company's objectives and goals.
  • Build, manage, and expand a new dealer network in the MT and B2B sectors. Foster strong relationships with channel partners to motivate sales and ensure alignment with sales targets. Manage costs within budget limits in collaboration with the manager.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets while proposing an annual business plan. Work closely with other departments like product development and finance to ensure alignment with company strategy and EBIT goals.
  • Analyze market trends, contribute to developing market-responsive products, and identify new business opportunities.

Requirement

  • Male/Female; Under 50 years old. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • 5 - 10 years experience in the same position in FMCG industries (MT & B2B channels) 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales, marketing, and product strategies that drive business growth.
  • Fluency in English
