Job Description
Our client is a manufacturing company, now looking for a Business Devepoment Manager ($1300, ID13084)
- Create action plans individually and collectively for the efficient pursuit of sales leads and prospects. Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to enter new markets.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures achievement of the company's sales goals and profitability.
- Aid in the creation and execution of marketing strategies
- Deliver timely feedback on development to the department head and management.
- Plan, organize, and present proposals and RFP answers.
- Aid in the creation of proposals and presentations by the sales team.
- Actively look for new business opportunities while also spotting expansion possibilities for your current company.
- Increase clientele through lead exchange and market research.
- Schedule a face-to-face encounter with the client's key decision-makers.
- All reports & tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirement
- Male/Female, age: above 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related majors.
- At least 5 years of hardcore field sales experience with reputed freight.
- Market search skills & proven experience in customer relationship management.
- Good use of English.
