Business Development Executive (Building Materials)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Business Development Executive (Building Materials, $950, ID18287)

• Dentify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry, focusing on projects requiring aluminum and glass solutions.
• Source information on upcoming residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects through developers, architects, and contractors.
• Build relationships with project owners, architects, contractors, and fabricators; introduce products and understand project approval processes.
• Provide product consultation and recommend suitable solutions based on project design and functional requirements.
• Prepare company profiles, quotations, technical documents, and product samples for client presentations.
• Develop and deliver project-specific presentations to promote Tostem products and secure product specifications in project designs.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, design consultants, and contractors.
• Collaborate with Technical and Estimation teams to ensure competitive and feasible project solutions, and support the sales team during project closing.
• Update customer activities, project progress, and market feedback in the reporting system and submit regular reports to management.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

• Male/Female. Under 35 years old. 
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the building materials industry.
• Proven experience working with contractors, developers, and key stakeholders in large-scale construction projects.
