Job Description
- Analyze global markets and competitors to create effective branding strategies.
- Develop quarterly marketing plans, including budgeting and performance tracking.
- Manage online marketing campaigns on various platforms to achieve goals.
- Measure campaign results and improve performance.
- Identify potential risks and address them promptly.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing strategies with customer needs and revenue goals.
- Research and launch new products based on market trends.
- Partner with agencies and influencers KOLs and KOCs to create online content.
- Implement customer loyalty programs to retain customers.
- Oversee the performance of the social media, digital marketing, SEO, and design teams.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/ Female, Age: 26-36 years old
- Graduated from University or higher major in Digital Marketing, Medical – Pharmar, Business Administration , Economics or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG or cosmetics field
- Have knowledge of Marketing Mix, Consumer Behavior, Customer Journey, Customer segmentation
- Communicate proficient in English
