Job Description
Purpose of Role:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and generate high-quality leads. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, evaluating their effectiveness, and driving lead generation across both digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Planning and Execution

Lead the development of annual marketing plans to optimize brand visibility and lead acquisition.

Drive lead generation initiatives across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Oversee content creation, media, events, and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand and editorial guidelines.

Manage digital and print materials, including coordinating photography, videography, and editorial design as required.

Continuously refine promotional campaigns to meet targets for inquiries, applications, acceptances, and enrollments.
2. Event Management

Plan and execute marketing events such as open days, admissions days, community outreach, and promotional events to enhance brand presence.

Manage event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination.

Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.

Evaluate event outcomes using feedback and performance metrics, and optimize future event strategies accordingly.
3. Campaign Management

Utilize content, media, and PR opportunities to increase visibility and engagement.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, adjusting strategies for optimal results.

Manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and cost-effectively.
4. Collaboration and Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong internal relationships to support marketing initiatives.

Represent the organization at marketing and outreach events as needed.
Requirement
-
Male/Female, no age limit.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing or other Business-related fields.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the education sector is an advantage.

Language Requirements: Proficient in both English and Vietnamese, written and spoken.
