Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, currently looking for a Branch Manager (Testing Service, $2400++, ID19981):
  • Lead and grow the business unit (or branch) in Vietnam in alignment with the defined strategy, with a strong focus on surpassing targets for expansion and profitability.
  • Enhance laboratory performance by optimizing workflows and leveraging IT systems to maximize efficiency.
  • Assist in the rollout, adoption, and effective utilization of the new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), ensuring it is fully integrated across all laboratory functions to drive improvements in productivity, profitability, and quality.
  • Recruit, inspire, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and employees who align with the desired personality traits outlined in the Leadership Charter.
  • Emphasize building and empowering the next generation of leaders by strengthening their capabilities and leadership potential.
  • Provide support throughout the sales cycle while building and sustaining strong, productive client relationships.
  • Participate in meetings and audits with key stakeholders across all levels, and gain a deep understanding of customer needs through consistent and meaningful engagement.
  • Formulate and execute a localized strategy to drive business growth, while identifying and capitalizing on strategic opportunities to introduce new services.
  • Enhance profitability across all operations to align with and achieve top industry benchmarks.
  • Strengthen the technical and scientific capabilities of the business units by promoting the development and effective implementation of advanced methodologies and optimized business processes.
  • Ensure cross-selling opportunities and synergies with other laboratories are actively identified, developed, and effectively leveraged.
  • Set and align clear goals and milestones with your teams, ensuring they are effectively communicated across all levels. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress, monitor performance regularly, and take a hands-on approach when necessary to ensure targets are successfully achieved.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, Under 45 years old
  • Preferred university graduates majors in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science
  • Candidates with 5 years as the same position in the Food & Feed Testing sector
  • Good English
