Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Branch Manager (Logistics, $2300, ID 17139):
- Oversee all business and operational activities at the Da Nang Office.
- Handle business negotiations, identify market opportunities, and develop LCL consolidation products for the branch.
- Ensure that company policies and legal regulations are effectively communicated throughout the organization and adhered to consistently.
- Manage human resources, including training and team development, to ensure efficient branch operations.
- Collaborate with other branches to improve operational procedures and service quality.
- Monitor business performance indicators and report branch results to the Country Manager.
- Ensure the branch complies with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Safeguard the company’s assets, technology, and trade secrets.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 2-3 years of working experience as Branch Manager or Sales Manager in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics
- Good at English
- Possesses strong negotiation and project management skills, with a self-motivated and performance-driven attitude.
