Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Branch Manager (Ecommerce, Eyewear, $1500, ID 16628)
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Ensure all operational processes related to product listing, order processing, shipping, returns, and customer service are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and enforce policies and procedures related to the handling of products, customer complaints, and data privacy.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and product launches to ensure maximum visibility and sales for the branch.
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to forecast demand and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain close relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
- Hire, train, and develop branch staff, motivate and lead the team to achieve performance goals
- Oversee the daily management of the company’s ecommerce platform (website, mobile app, or marketplace presence) to ensure products are listed accurately, prices are correct, and inventory levels are updated.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products through digital advertising, SEO, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving the online shopping experience.
- Manage the branch’s budget and ensure that operational costs, such as staffing, inventory, and marketing, are within budget.
- Monitor key financial metrics, including sales, profit margins, and expenses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that promote eyewear products, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
Requirement
- Male/Femail, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field is often preferred, but equivalent experience is also valuable.
- 5 years of management experience, preferably in ecommerce, retail, or the Contact lens/ Eyewear industry. Prior experience in a similar ecommerce or retail branch management role is a significant advantage.
- Good at English or Chinese
