Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Branch Director (Pharmaceutical, Negotiable, ID16919):
- Achieve financial targets, including net revenue, marketing cost ratio, EBIT/EBITDA, and cash flow. Responsible for the Pharmaceutical Division's P&L.
- Collaborate with the Pharmaceutical Leadership Team to meet short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
- Ensure compliance with DSO principles across all systems and processes.
- Ensure employees and leaders follow DSO behaviors, applying the leadership approach: vision, architect, catalyst, coach.
- Allocate resources across portfolios, brands, and therapeutic areas.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and integration, including DEI in daily operations.
- Develop talent and resources to support business growth.
- Create an ideal workplace in Vietnam’s life sciences industry to attract and retain talent.
- Represent the Pharmaceutical Division externally and internally, ensuring execution of business goals.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide ongoing training for employees.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences.
- 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 8 years as the equivalent position. Experience in sales or marketing management is a plus.
- Proficient in English
