Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Biên Phiên Dịch Tiếng Nhật (Sản Xuất, $500, ID 19445):
- Dịch tài liệu, văn bản, báo cáo, quy trình và hợp đồng giữa tiếng Nhật và tiếng Việt (hai chiều), đảm bảo chính xác về nội dung và ngữ nghĩa.
- Phiên dịch trong các cuộc họp, trao đổi giữa lãnh đạo người Nhật và nhân viên; phiên dịch cho các buổi làm việc với đối tác, nhà cung cấp hoặc cơ quan ban ngành khi cần.
- Tiếp đón, hỗ trợ và chăm sóc khách hàng/chuyên gia Nhật khi họ sang làm việc tại Việt Nam (sắp xếp lịch, hỗ trợ thủ tục, phiên dịch tại hiện trường).
- Hỗ trợ các bộ phận nghiệp vụ và các phòng ban khác trong xử lý tài liệu tiếng Nhật và công việc liên quan.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam, độ tuổi dưới 35.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành tiếng Nhật hoặc có trình độ tiếng Nhật tương đương N2 trở lên.
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm biên/phiên dịch trong môi trường sản xuất (nhà máy).
- Thành thạo dịch tài liệu, văn bản, báo cáo, hợp đồng (Việt - Nhật ).
- Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên từng sinh sống hoặc làm việc tại Nhật Bản .
- Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, trung thực, siêng năng, nhanh nhẹn và tinh thần hỗ trợ cao.
