Điều hành & Chất lượng: Quản lý toàn diện hoạt động bếp; đảm bảo món ăn đạt chuẩn cao cấp về cả hương vị lẫn thẩm mỹ.

Thực đơn & Tài chính: Xây dựng thực đơn ẩm thực vùng miền Việt Nam; kiểm soát chặt chẽ Food Cost.

Quản trị Nhân sự: Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp cho đội ngũ bếp.

An toàn & Quy trình: Đảm bảo tuyệt đối tiêu chuẩn VSATTP và quản lý chất lượng nguyên liệu đầu vào.
Requirement
-
Độ tuổi: Nam, từ 30 – 40 tuổi.

Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 03 năm vị trí Bếp trưởng tại nhà hàng trung - cao cấp hoặc khách sạn 4–5 sao.

Chuyên môn: Am hiểu sâu sắc ẩm thực Việt Nam, có tư duy sáng tạo và đổi mới.
