Job Description
- Accountable and responsible for leading teams to meet individual and business growth and sales targets.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to strategically handle pricing, complaints, collections, and sales volumes.
- Recognize industry trends and demands, offer advice, and put suitable company plans into action.
- Manages relationships with customers with an eye toward ongoing improvement.
- Responsible for the debt incurred in collecting receivables.
- Create a sales training program to assist in the development of both new and current team members.
- Take corrective measures and pinpoint sales hazards.
- Weekly, monthly, or annual reports to the general director as needed.
Requirement
- Male/ Female, 25-40 Years old
- Graduated from University with majors in Business Administration, Sales, construction or a relevant field.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position selling construction machinery or building material
- Good at English
