Job Description

1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth
  • Partner with the BOD to formulate business strategies, expansion roadmaps, and investment assessments.

  • Lead the annual business planning and budgeting process across all business units.

  • Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels.

  • Track market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.

2. Operations Oversight & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Supervise and guide Operations Managers and Store Managers to ensure consistent performance across Café Carré, Carré Express, and the Central Kitchen.

  • Monitor key operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement in sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure operational excellence, cost discipline, and effective coordination among departments.

  • Lead standardization initiatives and implementation of best operational practices.

3. Business Expansion & Project Development
  • Support the development of new virtual brands and online delivery concepts.

  • Manage ongoing expansion projects, including “Ready-to-Open” toolkits for Oasis-branded store chains.

  • Oversee pre-opening activities such as layout planning, equipment setup, vendor coordination, and cost control.

  • Coordinate closely with design, kitchen, operations, and marketing teams during new store launches.

  • Conduct financial, operational, and reputational risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

4. Financial Management & Cost Control
  • Monitor revenue and profitability across physical stores and online delivery channels.

  • Lead annual budget planning and expense allocation for the upcoming fiscal year.

  • Prepare monthly P&L analyses and dashboards for BOD review, aligned with approved annual budgets.

  • Review investment settlements, reimbursements, and vendor quotations, recommending cost-optimization measures prior to BOD approval.

  • Ensure data accuracy from POS systems and delivery aggregators, including tracking of voids and discounts.

  • Oversee deployment and optimization of digital systems (POS, ERP, CRM, online delivery platforms).

  • Review monthly EBITDA and inventory analyses, identifying shrinkage or variances with clear explanations and corrective action plans.

5. People Leadership & Organizational Development
  • Supervise and mentor department heads across Operations, Accounting, HR, and Kitchen.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Enhance career development through competency frameworks, annual performance reviews, and structured evaluation rubrics.

  • Conduct quarterly manpower and headcount reviews to align workforce planning with business strategy.

  • Partner with HR on succession planning, leadership development, and internal mobility initiatives.

6. Brand, Guest Experience & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure brand standards, product quality, and guest experience consistency across all outlets.

  • Review customer feedback and coordinate improvement initiatives with Operations and Marketing teams.

7. Reporting & Performance Management
  • Develop real-time reporting dashboards for the BOD to track performance, strategy execution, and action plans.

  • Analyze performance trends, identify risks or gaps, and propose corrective actions.

  • Present operational insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

  • Maintain transparent records of approvals, reports, and key communications.

8. Systems, Processes & Team Effectiveness
  • Oversee task planning, prioritization, and performance tracking for operations teams.

  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between Operations, HR, Accounting, and the BOD.

  • Recommend process improvements and workflow standardization.

  • Promote a results-driven culture focused on accountability, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Requirement

Gender: Male / Female

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • At least 3 years of experience in F&B operations or business management, with hands-on exposure to financial supervision.

  • Strong knowledge of P&L management, cost structures, and project budgeting.

  • Prior experience managing café or restaurant operations is an advantage.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting or data analysis tools.

  • Fluent in both English for professional communication.
