Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Assistant Accounting Manager (Negotiable, ID16964):
- Review and guide the team on cash and bank tasks, including payment documents, accounting entries, and reporting.
- Ensure weekly payments are supported by complete documentation.
- Review contracts and explain VAT 0% to suppliers.
- Update the accounting system with supplier contracts and ensure proper filing.
- Assist in generating financial reports for month-end closing.
- Perform analysis of general expenses.
- Review statistical reports.
- Summarize the freight analysis report.
- Monthly update on FAST system for Debit notes from Interco and allocate accounts as needed.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: under 45 years old
- University degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing companies.
- Good at English
