We're hiring an Asisstant Production Manager (Construction, ID 18147) for a foreign-invested company
- Assisted the Production Manager in daily manufacturing activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Supported coordination with contractors and responsible units, including reviewing technical drawings, prototypes, and material samples.
- Monitored production progress at local workshops, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
- Conducted regular inspections to ensure production processes complied with design, technical, and safety requirements.
- Collaborated with internal departments (Design, Project Management, Procurement) and external teams (workshops, suppliers).
- Tracked production and installation activities using project management tools and maintained accurate reporting records.
- Provided on-site installation support, including supervising finishing teams and troubleshooting issues at the construction site.
- Ensured all production-related documentation was properly updated, including QA/QC records, delivery notes, and handover documents.
- Attended site and factory meetings, recorded meeting minutes, and followed up on post-meeting action items.
Requirement
- Male, aged 25–35.
- Graduated from a College or University with a major in Production Management, Industrial Design, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience as similar position in model fabrication, theme park production, construction project management, steel structure industry, ….
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of materials such as stone, steel, iron, etc., and a solid understanding of production processes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings using Tekla software.
