Job Description
- Coordinate artwork development (print and embroidery) : gather details, attend development meetings, and manage fabric dispatch to embellishment vendors.
- Oversee sample embellishment: attend pre-production meetings, monitor timelines, and coordinate revisions with internal and external teams.
- Manage bulk embellishment: send approved samples to vendors and ensure timely execution and delivery to production plants.
- Track fabric and embellished panel movement to meet production deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, SOPs, safety, and 5S standards across all embellishment activities.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 40 years old
- Graduate from University, major in Design
- Have 2 years of experience in developing embroidery and print samples at garment manufacturing companies, or as a technical supervisor in embroidery/printing workshops; Familiar with various current embellishment techniques.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; capable of editing artwork files and creating marker files
- Good at English
