Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Area Sales Manager (FMCG, 2200$, ID2672)
- Manage Sales Supervisors, Sales Staff & Distributors to achieve target
- Responsible for sales activities, complete business and market development targets in area assigned of GT channel
- Conduct sales plans, promotional plans, personnel, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets and implement approved plans
- Coordinate the development of promotional programs for the distribution system (GT) within the assigned scope
- Check and summarize daily, weekly, and monthly reports of Sales Supervisors
- Collect and report on updated sales trends and brand positions, set goals and periodic implementation plans for the area in charge.
- Organize and implement advertising programs, sales support policies, manage and coordinate promotional materials, evaluate program results.
- Report on market situation, sales, coverage, display, promotion, and distributor inventory
- Coordinate the selection of Distributors.
- Maintain contact with all customers mainly to create brand and display advantages.
- Receive feedback from customers, store owners about products, business policies, service attitudes....
- Monitor and report on competitors' activities
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 38 years old
- University graduate
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry at FDI companies
- Able to use basic English at work (communication & reporting)
